Products and fulfillment

All products sold through ATENCHIA are made to order and produced and fulfilled through Printify’s network of third-party print providers. Products may be shipped from different production locations, including locations outside your country.

ATENCHIA is your seller and customer-service contact. Our use of third-party production and shipping services does not remove our obligations to you under applicable law.

Product information

Please review product descriptions, size guides, colors, and other options before ordering. We aim to display products accurately, but screen settings can affect how colors appear. Minor differences in appearance may occur during production; this does not affect your rights if an item is defective or does not match its description.

Orders and payment

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order. Prices, available shipping charges, and taxes collected by us are displayed before you complete checkout.

If we discover an error or cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. If we cancel an order for which payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any applicable shipping charges.

Order changes and cancellations

Because products are made to order, please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Made-to-order production alone does not eliminate any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.

Shipping and delivery

Production time is separate from shipping time. Please refer to our Shipping Policy and any delivery information provided with your purchase.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. We will communicate significant delays when we become aware of them and provide any remedies required by applicable law.

International deliveries may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or handling fees. Please review our Shipping Policy and checkout information for details.

Returns, defects, and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to report damaged, defective, or incorrect items and how eligible refunds or replacements are handled.

We generally do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for made-to-order products, including when a customer selects the wrong size or color, except where required by law.

Please contact ATENCHIA before returning an item. Do not send products to Printify or a print provider without instructions.
